Delivery

All the products offered on our website are normally available from stock.
We offer a Next Day delivery on castors and wheels orders received by 2pm (or day after if received later).
For safe and secure delivery all goods are despatched on a reputable carrier “Signed For” service.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and off shore locations are a two day service.
In the unlikely event an item is not available from stock we will contact you immediately and offer a comparable alternative or higher specification product at no additional cost.
Deliveries are made during normal working hours Monday to Friday.
A Saturday or guaranteed am service is available on request. Contact us on 01243 607029 for costing and to make arrangements.

All our trolleys and trucks are available for fast delivery, the lead-time is shown on each product page.
If your requirement is urgent or time-specific just let us know. We will aim to meet your requirements (some services do incur extra costs).
Deliveries are Monday to Friday during normal working hours and exclude Bank Holidays. The delivery is to the ground floor of premises; if you have any special requirements or access restrictions please let us know at time of order and we will liaise with the transport companies (in certain circumstances this may incur additional charges).
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands normally take 2-3 days longer than the delivery time stated on the product page.
In the unlikely event an item is not available in the normal lead time we will contact you to advise of this, and discuss an alternative should you require.
