Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or credited immediately. If you find fault with a product please contact us on 01243 607029

Goods ordered in error can be returned within 14 days by prior arrangement only. To arrange a return please contact us on 01243 607029 or info@basicscastors.co.uk. We will then send you a returns note.

To be eligible for a return the goods must not have been used and must still be in a saleable condition.

Return carriage is the responsibility of the purchaser. For safe transit we recommend using a “Signed For” service.

The goods will be inspected on receipt and provided they are in good, unused and saleable condition, a credit issued. The cost of delivery of the goods to you will not normally be credited and in certain circumstances, e.g. special products, a handling charge may also be levied.
