- Expanding adaptor (expanders) in choice to fit either round or square tube in range of sizes below. Use to fit castors to trolleys, workbenches and other equipment with tube framework.
- Expansion ranges (measurements are internal tube sizes):
- minimum 19mm expands to max 21mm
- minimum 21.5mm expands to max 24mm
- minimum 24mm expands to max 27mm
- minimum 27mm expands to max 30mm
- Expander fits inside the tube and are secured by tightening the bolt under castor head
- Castor specification:
- Wheel diameters: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm
- Load capacities per castor: 40kg, 70kg, 80kg, 100kg
- Pressed steel housing with double ball race swivel head
- Wheel choice:
- Plastic/polypropylene wheel
- Thermoplastic grey non-marking rubber tyre on nylon centre
- Plain bearing wheels
- Available as:
- Swivel castor with expander
- Braked swivel castor with expander – total stop brake locks wheel and swivelling head
