Specification
- Wheel diameters: 100mm, 125mm, 160mm or 200mm (and 250mm in poly/cast iron version)
- Load capacities per castor: 300kg to 1100kg, polyurethane tyred castors have a good size to capacity ratio
- Heavy duty pressed steel housing, double ball race swivel head
- Swivel head seal – prevents ingression from dust and grit to swivel ball race
- 4 bolt hole top plate, bolt hole centres conform to ISO Standard
- Polyurethane requires a lower force to move product compared to rubber tyre castors and has a greater resistance to tearing and abrasive wear
- Polyurethane is quieter to run than nylon
- Impervious to mineral oils and greases
- Wheel options:
- Grey polyurethane tyre wheel on nylon centre
- Biscuit colour polyurethane tyre wheel on aluminium centre
- Biscuit colour polyurethane tyre wheel on cast iron centre
- Smooth running wheels on sealed ball bearings
- Available as:
- Swivel castor
- Fixed castor
- Swivel castor with total stop brake – locks both swivel head and wheel
